Yesterday a seden taxi allmost made a u turn into my car. I had to sworve to avoid hitting the taxi. 1. Think that that when we renew our licenses we should do the drivers test again. Some of us just don't know and care about the rules of the road any more. 2. A car should not be on the road without insurance irrespective of his or he financial situation.(In the last 6 months I had to pay to fix my car .) With these 2 issues we can reduce the number of unsafe cars on the road and the drivers that just drive without considering the rules of the road. Thank you Ronald
