Gates only open at 07:45

I drove 60 km to get to Postmasburg by 7:30 so that I could be at work by 08:00. Despite saying they will open gates at 07h30, it seems to be common practise to only open the gates at 07:45 (This has happened both times I have been waiting since 07:00). If they are only going to open the doors at 7:45, it would be better to advertise that this is the time they open, so that the public can plan accordingly.
