Florida traffic & licencing dept not answering phones ***

I've been trying since last week to phone the Florida, Roodepoort traffic department to find out if our drivers licence cards are available *** and nobody answers. According to the natis system, it's been posted to the department 4 weeks ago but nobody answers to find out if we can go and collect. So impressed with the initial service and now my opinion of their service just falters.
