False advertising for opening and closing hours

So I went there tk collect my driving lisence.... Firstly I work mon-sat.....when I was done workin at 15h15....i rushed through to the department..... Only to get there doors are closed security telling me they close at 15h30!!!!!wdf... On the website it shows they open 08h00-16h00...i don't have the time to collect while I'm working then I ask well can I send someone to collect it for me, this security tell me no I mst sacrifice... Don't bull **** me!! I WORK! I DON'T HAVE TIME, WAT PART DO YOU NOT UNSTAND?! AND I Believe you can send someone to collect it, but you need an affidvit... The security make like they the mangers at the department... I asked to speak to the Manger they tell me no I can't.... If lazy was a person. It would be that department.. And I can ganrantee nobody is responding to peoples complaints either, pathetic service....maybe they should recruit peaple that is willing to WORK!!!!
