Extremelly Poor service Milnerton Traffice Department

I am Vuyokazi Ndengane, on Friday, 14 February 2020, I received an sus to say my drivers card is ready for collection from Traffic Department in Millerton where I have passed out my licence. The I went in on the Saturday 22, February 2020 around 10 in the morning, to my surprise, according to the system the card was not there, they told me that the card was supposed to be on the file I showed her my sms and the she started looking nothing was found. She went to the Lady by the name of Letitia and she also look and ask to see the sms, which I should her then she told me that it might be a mistake, I was not happy at all and i was asked to take finger print and picture again according to her the picture were not clear so it might be the reason. And this is not the first I experience such service the last time there was load shedding, I feel that it is really time consuming and they don’t care at all shame .and no feedback has been provided till now as she said she will have to check with Head Office on Monday. And I am staying in Delft it’s not so easy to travel there and not being assisted. The service is really bad. Thanks. Vuyokazi Ndengane
