Excellent Service

I've been constantly phoning the Uitenhage Traffic Dept for a Booking to Renew my wife & myself Drivers Licences. Alas! without any success, this went on for days & weeks, varying. Finally, I reached Charmaine. I told her that I'd like to make an advance booking to renew my wife & my Drivers Licences. Clearly and friendly she asked when and took our details, she then told us what time we must be in the Dept. and what we needed to bring with us. This was the BEST and Friendly SERVICE we'd had ever received from any Municipal Staff. Thank you Charmaine, I wish that more Municipal Staff can be like you.
