Excellent Customer Service

This was my second time i renewed my drivers licence. I dreaded the idea of renewing my drivers licence because it took 2 hours to get through the whole process the previous time. Lo and behold the second time round it took only 25 minutes since I completed the application form till I got my temporary licence. This was my best experience with the public sector by far!
