eNatis not working due to non payment to Telkom

<p>What am I to do?</p> <p> </p> <p>Good day to whom this may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been numerous times to Centurion Traffic Department to try and renew my driver’s license and was sent a way 3 times due to system off line.</p> <p>Today once again I took a chance and to no surprise, systems are off till further notice.</p> <p>Upon investigation, I was told that eNatis did not pay there Telkom account and therefore it was cut off until payment is received.</p> <p>NOW the law abiding citizens, such as me, are left with no other choice as to drive without a legal driver’s license as the Traffic Department send us away with no further assistance, not even providing us with a letter at least to indicate that we are not to blame for eNatis incompetence to pay their accounts, just a “comeback another time”.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, I do need your good office to please indicate to me what am I to do now in this situation?</p> <p>What do I do if a Traffic Officer pulls me over and find that my license expired?</p> <p>Do you think to get “hard assessed” with him/her is going to resolve my issue as that is what will happen as I will not be held responsible for a penalty due to eNatis incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do believe this complaint will be dealt with great urgency and I am looking forward to feedback in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p>
