EKURHULENI TRAFFIC DEPARTMENY BAD SERVICE

I am a person who never complains but today I need to lay a complaint and specifically warn others not to waste their time going to the EKURHULENI TRAFFIC department for assistance with booking. The lady called SUSAN MADI is rude and apparently she is a cashier but is always the first to be rude. Their only form of communication with clients is via phone call and if you don't pick up it's your funeral. I am utterly disgusted and I wish their superiors would take this matter seriously
