**EASTRIDGE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT**

I went to eastridge traffic department on the 05/10/2022 to make my learners appointment. Upon arrival, the guy sitting behind the window, doesnt acknowledge you are present. Has a very ugly attitude. I needed help filling out my learners form, there was a guy to assist but he also has ugly attitude and has this sarcastic manner in him. He makes irrelevant comments, instead of helping me with what i need. These people really look down on us as the "younger generation" not knowing we have better knowledge than them. Today i went back, as my friend also needed to make her appointment. That same guy chose to ignore my friend because he saw she was with me, he also ignored the fact that there was another lady which was there before us that needed help and he just stood there with his arms folded and let her struggle on her own. I then sat outside on the benches waiting for my friend and decided to smoke a cigarette, mind you, there was no "No smoking" signs anywhere and the whole section was filled with cigarette buds. Instead he shouts at me saying that i cant smoke there, i then went out to the front of the building to smoke finished. Once i came back my friend was done with her eye tests, and went to the main building to make payment. As i stood there waiting on her to pay, an officer approached me and told me if im not there to do anything then i should leave, in a disrespectful manner. My point is, just because you guys are in uniform and have a better job than others doesnt mean you get to treat them like ****! Last time i checked, we pay for you to have the job you have, and if you cant respect people and individuals then give up your job for people that deserves it!
