Dysfunctional eNatis Online booking

The eNatis online booking is a totally failure and dysfunctional. I have been attempting to book a slot for a Learners for my son for several weeks now though we input the correct IDENTITY NUMBER on the date of birth field there's already a fixed date that can not be deleted or changed that renders the application invalid .l have written emails to make them aware and they only respond with a generic response that is not even relevant to the matter at hand .One wonders if this is a deliberate ploy to give slots to driving schools as they seem to be able to get slots and are charging for them,which is supposed to be free online.Please we need an urgent remedy.
