Durban Transport Buses

I am at the verge of being dismissed at work due to late coming, simply because I have to rely on Durban Transport buses to commute to work every morning. The funny thing is, this use to be the most efficient mode of transport in Durban for years. There were timetables that were adhered to and now, this has become a joke of a service. I often see elderly people standing at different bus stops for hours with hope that the bus will arrive. It is sad that we now have to cross fingers that the bus will arrive. All we asking for is punctuality from the service provider. Children are always late for school and it is mayhem. This is spiraling out of control, simply because of being helpless as a community. I hope this gets to the right people who can actually do something about this conundrum we faced with. Who am I to speak on behalf of everyone? Well, I'm just a concerned member of my community who is also directly affected.
