driving tests in CBD Cape Town

Ramaphosa wanted to wipe out *******ion, he promised! Driving testing center at the Traffic Department in Cape Town CBD seems to be very *******!! You only pass the driving test, even with small mistake when you pribe the instructor which is testing you!! How can this be!!??? The pribe is not only a few bux it can go up to 3500 Rand. Does ever someone stop this organised *******ion in this department? This is not right, what they are doing?!!
