Drivers lisence-Bad service

On the 20/06/2022 I went to Elundini traffic department in Maclear to renew my lisence after a month I went to collect my it I was advised its not yet there there is a problem with National I should come again I then went in January 2023 I was advised I nees to start the process again because my finger prints were not captured then I should wait a month to cut the story short up until today I don't have my lisence every after 6 months I have to do temp lisence which I pay for as they said the fault is not theirs the fault is with their Head office in Bisho please help what can I do now to get my lisence as its not nice to go to that department with their poor service and stinking attitude
