Driver's license test

There was a lady by the name of Gloria, she was testing some lady for drivers licence, she was busy on the phone even when client was busy showing her car, she was busy, they went to step hill and client didn't roll, Gloria was still busy on the phone when they come back Gloria just said you will look for another date without telling her why she failed, please do something about Gloria or she must stay inside if she will bring her problems to testing station.
