Disgustingly poor service and utter disregard for tax payers

Hi there. I am so disappointed by the traffic department in white river mbombela. Imagine waiting in a que since 10am until 1pm and then they tell you they are closing immediately. They cannot even prioritize old pensioners who waited in The que with their crutches. Knowing that the que, is, still long they decided to shut the, place down instead of serving the clients who have been waiting for for well over 2hours in the same que. Then the rude tellers have the nerve to tell us not to complain because we don't complain when banks close, have you ever waited for 2 hours at a bank? These people do not even deserve to be employed. I hope the Minister will sort such issues out or the director general. This is utter nonsense and this is second time i am experiencing this in the same ****** week. The service is disgusting.
