Disgusting service

I write this complaint with so much frustration and anger from the utterly bad service that I received from a department that claims to pride themselves with the slogan \Batho pele""; which is fine considering the number of people that had to be serviced. It was then finally my turn to go up to the counters and unfortunately I could not be helped because my documents were outstanding with a certified copy of my ID. I somehow thought that the original ID book would be sufficient.<br> I anyways accepted that my documents were outstanding and drove out to go find the nearest Post office or Police station. <br> Luckily I managed to get that done at a police station and rushed back to the traffic department where I found only 2 people in a queue; it was exactly 14:40.<br> 1 person being helped at the counter while we were waiting and immediately after him; the counter blind was rolled down; right in our faces; at exactly 14:50;just like th<br> <br> """
