Disgraceful service by the Gonubie Traffic Department

Yesterday I went to the Gonubie Traffic department to renew my car licence. They had a note on the door saying phone for an appointment. I managed to see one of their staff members outside who was having her smoke break. She was rude when I queried the note on the door. I asked why they could not have social distance queues and she advised that there would be no one to monitor it! Every other enterprise seems to have it right. She then said they were advised by the Government that that is how they must operate. You need to complete a form to undertake any necessary transaction with them, but these were locked inside. Surely they could have had these forms available for the public outside!
