De Doorns Traffic Department: outrageously disappointing!

DE DOORNS TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT: a non-existing space where telephones are ignored and apparently no one's home. I’ve been trying to contact them telephonically for the past 3 weeks and only get an answering service. What is going on??????? Are telephones conveniently ignored to create longer tea time?? So, if your drivers license has expired and you get a fine for driving without one, who will be to blame?? And who will pay this fine? This is very sad and shows typical government bad (in this case non-existing) service.
