*******ion at Mabopane traffic department

I would like the minister of transport to pay a visit to mabopane traffic department. Yesterday the 2th March 2021 I had an appointment to renew my driver's license card.my appointment time was at 10h40 and I got helped around 12h37.it seems like this thing of booking online doesn't exist in mabopane traffic department because I arrive early.*******ion is the name of the game. I was told that the only way to get helped quickly I should give them R150 because I did not want to pay the money indeed I had to wait out side. People were coming after me got helped and leave. The security guard are also part of *******ion because they book sites for those how payed R150, none of the staff members wear name badges. I strongly urge the minister to look at this situation. I would never book for my renewal there ever again.
