Complain for dept of transport in Richard's Bay for license renewal

I went to traffic department in Richard's bay today 10/12/2019 for my license renewal and I was really ****ed with the service I got there. I had all the required documents and the proof of residence. They said they don't want the proof of residence I provided they wanted the letter of rates. As I had gone to get the letter they signed other people's forms (bare in mind I had been there ) I came back and joined the Queue again. When it was my turn to be helped they said they are not gonna help me because my document is not signed to I asked them that how come coz have been here before they didn't respond they just kept insisting they are not going to help me. I asked them to call the supervisor for they did and the supervisor who signed the papers said he won't sign my paper anymore because he did it long time ago and I tried arguing and ignored me and decided to just walk away. They made me go up and down for nothing. Come somebody deal with them they can't just get away with this. I've had a very bad experience with department of traffic in Richard's Bay
