City of Cape Town- Traffic officer

I just want to complain about a traffic officer Officer :L Jansen her officer number is ***4 officer group 407. She had incorrectly issued me a fine of R800 when I had just arrived I could have moved my vehicle when she sow me. It was not seconds I arrived. She did not give me a chance to move my car. I feel like she was looking for targets to gain from her work. Can you please report this was not a fair offense. I cannot afford these unfair charges she gave me
