Careless

I recently lost my cellphone which had my drivers licence in it and quickly app**** for a replacement at Langlaagte Traffic Department. I waited 8 week then went to collect my Licence but when I got there I was told my licence was "issued then canceled" then advised by Hettie the supervisor of the department that the lady who was busy with my application is on leave and will be back Monday 11/12/17. Hettie promised to consult with the lady as soon as she gets to work on Monday and contact me before 09:00. She did not call back then at 10:48 I called Hettie who told me she deals with lots of complains and tried explaining what she explained to me on Friday when I went to collect ,proving that no steps/actions have been taken regarding my query. Hettie is an old lady, in her 70's I think and should retire because she forgets her duties and inconveniences a lot of tax payers . I just want my licence issued and all *********** staff dealt with accordingly.
