Bribery

Poor service! This bribery issue is really getting out of hand. Even when one has the correct documentation you are still required to pay bribery. I have been returned for having a fax copy of an ID, personally, I don't see a problem but if someone is more willing to explain why its wrong without the request of bribery, that would be great.
