Brackenfell rude customer service!

I am so disappointed with the customer service I received at Brackenfell Traffic Department yesterday.

After trying to ask a gentleman to assist me with collecting my licenses , he did not want to listen or hear me out due to the fact I did not have an ID at hand but assists anyone who was behind me.

I just wanted to state that I do not have an ID yet only a temporary and if it is possible if I may use my temporary but walks away and ignored me fully until I made a scene of asking is anyone going to assist me at all as I couldn't phone to communicate with the department.

Due to that he calls me inside to talk to another lady assistant who was rude and just takes my temporary license to show me that I can not be helped without an ID. Now after stating to her I don't have one I only have a temporary may I use that she was rude and told me no ID no help and I must listen but they not willing to listen my circumstances of having no ID as I am also awaiting on home affairs to print my new ID.

Pathetic customer service from our government officials that we pay through taxes and this is the thanks we get.
