Bad service

I’m really disappointed by the service I received I always try give them the benefit of the doubt at Thusong Service Center but today was the last traw. The lady by the name of Senzi Zwane is rude doesn’t know how to treat clients even when you try ask for full info about their new introduced system for paying traffic fines.

I’m really disappointed she was telling me that she wants to leave at 4pm and won’t wait for no one that will come at 4:05pm and she is saying it to her colleague but trying to tell me indirectly
