BAD SERVICE AND NO CORRESPONDENTS FROM THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THERE

I was at the Traffic Department Kuruman on the 18th of February 2019. After I waited half an hour in the line for the eye test, the person in charge told me that they have personal matters that they are dealing with, and there are no space for new driving licenses. I want to know, I work, from 8 to 5 every day and I took time of from work to make my appointment. when will there be space or when will they be able to assist me??? I need a license, but with this department, they are making it impossible.
