Bad service and Bad attitude from traffic officer

I had an appointment at Elsie's River Traffic Department today (23rd November at 14:30). <br> <br> This would have been my third attempt at obtaining my license in the span of 3 days, so I kept on trying until eventually succeeding. Today I really thought I was going to pass. I even got a different car to pass out with this time.<br> <br> I arrived at the traffic department at 14:34 and it was relatively empty.
