Bad service and bad attitude from Ludski Conrade, Gelenman Mnyamana and Sastaftha Moegamad

I was at Greenpoint traffic department this morning around 07:00 my appointment was at 08:00. I was called on the 01 June to write me learners today. I was a second time I don't get any assistant from this department. Firstly my appointment was on 28 March and when I get there ther was no one. Today was worse 3 people were so rude to me giving me bad attitude telling me they can't find my form and I have to wait for 12:00 or book another date. Specially the guy name Sastafta Moegamad . I left there without any help and it's raining in cape town I was using public transport all the way from Khayelitsha. Please assist and mark this complaint as an urgent
