Bad service

I had an appointment to do my license on the 27th of November I went on the 26th of November to postpone it as I was sick I have a certificate for it I was told to come on the 28th November 2018 to postpone I returned there and no availability for the test and I didn't get my refund I would like my money back as I have a valid reason
