bad Service

<p>I went to centurion traffic department to renew my driver’s license. I stood on the que for two hours until they decided to close but they closed me inside their premises. They helped me with my aye test and when I had to pay they told me to come the following day as the cashiers are already closed. I asked why they let me stay for so long do the aye test only to tell me to come complete the process tomorrow, an employee by the name of Thomy tchabalala told me that according to their procedure the cashiers need to close at 3;00. so I don’t even understand why i was kept in their building until until 3;45 just so they can chase me.</p> <p> </p> <p>a normal business will close their doors and help everyone who is in the building but our traffic department chase people who are closed in their premises. This is shocking.</p> <p>big inconvenience for me, my time and my petrol cost to go back.</p> <p> </p>
