Bad service

<p>I went to malamulele traffic department wanting to book 4 for drivers license...I meet this lady Mrs Ndlovu N at reception,I great her she didn't reply..she was bsy talking with this other lady....I ended up saying what I want even though she didn't reply..she gave me a form to fill it..I ask her 4 a pen she said she doesn't have and she was not willing to assist me filling the form..I asked a pen from her colleague but she was still bsy talking about me saying I think I'm better than others...why do I want her to look for a pen 4 m...I don't work there I dnt even knw how to fill that form...she need to be disciplined...its her job to assist us in filling the forms and not bad mouthing us as her clients..We need to be respected..I'm very angry.</p>
