Bad attitude & booking info

Phoned the department of transport to find out what time they are open today so I can go and make a booking for my license. Drove all the way from Richards Bay to Empangeni. When we got there 10:05 they told us no they took away the forms otherwise they don't finish with the clients before closing. No one told me we need to be there before ten. When I asked the lady at the front desk if she can give me a form she had an attitude and rolled her eyes at me and said I was supposed to be there before ten and she asked me why do I only come to the office this time of day and told her I also have a life and needed to other stuff as well. She said I should have asked about the forms when I phoned the office. They are suppose to tell you ypu need to be there before a specific time. started to rase her voice at me so I turned arount and waked away. So now I still didn't get a appointment for my licence. What a way to treat clients. Its the first time I head that you need to be there before a specific time...
