Bad Attitude and no delivery

On 28/04/2015 me and my husband renewed our drivers Lisence. On 18/06/2015 more than 6 weeks later we went to find out if it was ready for collection. The security lady as well as the man at the back just said no it has not been delivered. They did not went to look or even look on the computor to see if it was there....they gave me bad attitude and I have a baby and cannot go every week to hear its not there but they do not look for it. So now if they pull me over I am just going to tell them **** Offf like they told me!!!!!
