Bad and good service

I went to the department of traffic at springs this morning at 8:45 to collect my driver's license ...the old guy who was at the counter was so rude and with a bad attitude he didnt want to look for card..then a cleaner stepped in I asked for her name..her name is Nomvula..she did a great a job by looking for my card and it took her 20second to do so.as for the rude old man I feel so sorry for him .
