At 10am on Saturday morning people are sent home

So he department's manage send people home at 10:00 advising the the system's are slow and they'be taken a certain number of people before 8am(the actual opening time). This is the second week I've been told such and the system story is ways the case as they need to manage their half day. He told us they close at 12:30 but at 10 he's sending us home as he does every Saturday. I am tired o this poor service and discrepancy happening at this traffic department. The service and genuine care for the public is absent. All that matters is minimum work so staff can go home before time.
