Abuse of authority

I have been to and from Ranburg Traffic department for three weeks in a row now. All the ti.e when I get there I'm always told that they have reached a number of a day to renew drivers licenses. This is not mentioned on the website. We are just told that it's open from 08h00 -12h00. I'm there by 09h30 each weekend and all the time I'm being told I'm late. I can't go during the week as I'm working. We are trying to be good citizens but the government is not helping. Now I'm forced to drive with expired license due to bad service.
