Abuse from traffic officials

Hi my wife was pulled over by a traffic of officer I’m Mitchell’s plain by westgate mall my wife came from her mother who is 80 years old her mother called her to findout if she got home safe dnt get me wrong I know driving and talking on a phone is against the law but my wife had a Bluetooth ear peace in her ear but to answer she had to left the phone push the green button for the ear peace to go on and put the phone down again and the officer only saw what he wanted to see and he was so wild with my wife didn’t give her a chance to explain anything he was yelling at and screaming at my wife my wife couldn’t handle it and started crying he gave her a R 1000 fine to me that is abuse I wish the ****ing moffie can try that with me the sad part is my wife,s tax money pays his salary this is supposed to be a month for weman then our wife’s mother’s sisters daughters gets treated like this he should try this with me I’ll **** him up so bad he’ll wish his mother kept her legs closed
