5 hour wait for renewal of license

i renewed my license card during the lockdown at eastridge branch, they only allow 40 people in the gates for the day.

but you stand 5 hours to complete the process, there was pensioners standing along us, to stand so long and not eat is very long i nearly fainted of sitting there, you dont eat or drink for that whole duration, stand in the rain, sun, cold....everything to renew, if you dont do this you cant work without license, cant buy a new car, get fines......

so sad..
