Horrible employees and service

To whom it may concern,

Good day,

I will be moving to the Vredenburg area from Cape Town soon, I took a drive to change ownership of my vehicle. We were welcome by rude employees who couldn't keep any order.

People were walking in without standing in line and yet were assisted. Few people asked to speak to the manager so they can report what was happening, the manager responded by saying "there was nothing she can do as she didn't see anything".NO professionalism at all.

When it was our turn to be assisted, a very rude consulted told us to go back home and come the next morning at 8am to fill in a form as there was one that we didn't have. Yet there was other people being shown what forms to fill and they were doing so. With an attitude she told us that there will be no more forms to be filled as they wanted to go home.

With petrol prices and everything, I was told to drive back to Cape town 1000miles back because an employee who chose to apply for a job at the department didn't feel like helping and telling us what forms to fill.

I'd like to know what action will be taken against these employees and I would like to get a professional response.
