Glitch payment gateway PayMyFine

Your 3rd Party payment processor called PayMyFines has a glitch payment gateway resulting in duplicated transactions. Have paid my fines in September already, and they still haven't marked my fines as paid, they still haven't refunded me for the duplicate transaction. Their system is not compliant nor following payment standards. Why are you partnering with ***** payment providers?
