Uitenhage Traffic department failure

Traffic department driver instructors need to be investigated who they pass and who not, my son failed his code 10 license test after he went through a green robot, whereby the robot changed amber while the cab of the truck was already over the intersection line, the instructor failed him and wrote that he drove over a red robot, last week Friday the other instructor screamed at him to stop after he saw the car had not indicate to turn but was turning and she failed him saying she prevented that he made an accident. Last year we had an issue where an instructor told him to do hand signals while he is in a circle and failed him for not following her instructions, this is getting out of hand at the Uitenhage Traffic department, and a lot of people are complaining. I hope that we can get this issue resolved because this looks like a money making option.
