My ****** license

Last year I renewed my driver license and I went there 2 times to collect but they said network problems…okay! I didn’t have any problems with that because I was still holding my temporary. It happened that I went back again to collect it somewhere around the end of the year only to find out the experienced ******* things was ****** there till someone told me that I must go and check if my license it’s recovered or ****** as well. I went there and they searched for it all over but with no luck they didn’t find it. So they advice me to re apply the new one and they said i will get the license within 2 weeks and that was the second week of January till today I did not find my license.i went there many times but the is nothing at all.so now I want answers from them because my license it’s no where to be found, so if those ******* do ***** with it or something ******* who is going to take accountability? Are they going to defend me if it happens they do ******* with it. And I also want to know if ever they opened a case or I must open the case instead if something happen? Because I don’t want to see myself behind bars over something I don’t know about it. Which scares me alot because no one knows where my license is.I would like hello peter to assist me on this matter because I’m scared now and atleast they must let me know when will I get my license M tired of going there coming back without it.they said they will update me when it’s there even today I’m still waiting for their call
