License renewal

Good day Sir/Madam

I’m concerned about my application renewal license that I did last year November 2023. I was told to come back after 4 to 6 weeks . When I got there it was said that my finger prints were not clear and I had to do another ones, I did. When I went to collect it in February, still my license was not ready for collection and I asked for the manager. She was not available and I was given her phone number, I called her but our conversation was not convincing. You could see that they really don’t do their job and they’re failing to serve. Please assist since last year November until this date no license
