License renewal

An update regarding my drivers license renewal. Ladybrand Traffic Department staff they think they know how to play mind games if I can call it like that. They conclude on the matter is fix on their side. But still haven’t had my license card in hand. I still say since 10 November 2023. Now we at 2024 going to the 4th month no license and soon my temporary license will expire too around May. Considering the back and forth I’m getting also cost me a lot on traveling.
