DISGUSTING SERVICE

Appalled by the telephone manners. That is if they answer the phone. I was greeted with "hai im not going to answer this phone". They then preceded to giggle and laugh on the other end.

What kind of people are you employing... possibly ill mannered children??? This is not a creche.
