Traffic department (Frankfort DTLC)

Wednesday 4 September I went to renew my driving license at Traffic department (Frankfort DTLC). Due to work obligation I could not complete the entire renewal processes. As I went back at 10:45am to pay and submit the paperwork the gate was closed and I was informed that they are not accepting any more people for the day even though I rep**** and showed the evidence that I was there earlier in the morning and that I only had to hand over the paperwork and pay. Once again I was told you have to come back tomorrow Thursday 5 September to pay. Thursday 5 September I went back to the Traffic department (Frankfort DTLC) . I was told they can not help me. They only do drivers licence renewals on Mondays and Wednesdays. This kind of service is unacceptable as there is no communication between the staff , no structure , no discipline, they are not organized and with do as we like attitude at the Traffic department (Frankfort DTLC). The supervisor didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience they caused
