ZOOM AGMS.........MUST BE FOLLOWED BY PAPER TRAILS

Trafalgar is the managing agent of our Building. At the Annual AGM which was held via ZOOM , Trafalgar failed to inform voters and Residents of the lack of accountability of an Individual, who is a NON OWNER and NON RESIDENT of over 90percent of funds in his possession. The funds were subsequently written off to the detriment of home owners. Being a ZOOM meeting , connectivity problems did not enable me to OBJECT. Not sure if this was deliberate or not.
