Zero service from Mary Zineriers-Hill
Since November 2021 I reported an issue about the damp in my unit's walls which is causing mold in the walls. I was given an undertaking by the maintenance man and Trafalgar's Mary Zineriers-Hill that the issue would be sorted in early 2022. Up until now, nothing's been done. Instead, Mary has simply ignored all of my emails pertaining to this matter. As it is, I have to sleep daily, in a bedroom full of mold, which is a tremendous health hazard and unacceptable considering that these ******** are taking levies on a monthly basis, yet refusing to render the services we're forced to pay for upfront.

The only time Mary's interested in communicating with residents, is to issue warnings of fines for this that and everything - like the email we just received about people (Lord knows who) removing paving - fines and levies, that's all you people are interested in.
Got an email from Sean with tons of excuses for Mary's inaction, but that was about it. So the whole exercise was nothing more than an effort to placate me. The mold is still growing on my walls and I've not heard anything since.
