You're a Black person stay away from Trafalgar rental agency in PE

If you're a Black person, stay away from Trafalgar rental agency in PE. They are holding my R10 500. 00 deposit claiming that I did not paint to their satisfaction. The paint I found in the house would peal when I cleaned the children hand marks on the wall, hence all the effort of personally painting (this was advice from their agent). Once I moved out and asked for my money with their office they wanted me to fix all the things that were wrong on the property and repaint. In my response, I disputed their claims and also complained about the ill treatment from White people at Kew Gardens (Park Drive PE). Here, my children were not allowed to play at the yard as some certain White people would shout at them. Finally, when I was moving out, 1 of the tenants was telling me to stop moving as it was late and I told them where to get off from there a quarrel that lead to me being called a '****** that is from the bushes' came. I reported on this in my email about the issues of this property. Instead I was served by a quote of R10 000, which ironically, Trafalgar owes me R10 500.00.
